Clive Jacobsohn is an accomplished C-Suite business leader with a proven track record in advising family businesses, multinational corporations, and financial investors on their mid-market mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

A ‘people person’ with an entrepreneurial spirit and a data-driven focus, Clive offers deep financial and operational expertise in his role as a business consultant and intermediary.

The formation of The Jacobsohn Group stems from Clive’s career successes, most notably in the area of mergers and acquisitions, where he consistently delivered shareholder value, surpassing expectations at public, privately held, and start-up companies alike.

An Enviable Trajectory

Clive has navigated a successful career path across various sectors within the small to mid-market arena. He honed his expertise in audit and corporate finance at PwC (Big 4) before advancing to leadership positions in finance, operations, and project management. With over 20 years of experience as a CFO, Clive has contributed his financial acumen to a range of companies including Insception Biosciences, the CFO Centre Canada, Coltene (formerly SciCan), and Lions Gate Entertainment, among others.
